To be honest, the 12W CREE Cool White are just too bright to be any use in normal situations. Reading from a white piece of paper under the cool white is quite painful, but we will still stock some for workshop uses.
In some circumstances, the LED lights will flicker, or just flash once when connected to poor quality halogen transformers. Do not dispair, we have LED transformers available in the store for only $11 each. (These must be fitted by a licensed electrician, luckily we have some available too)
